Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada and U.S. only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Carriers

Our primary shipping partner is Canada Post (Regular Parcel service) and Puralator in the U.S.. This allows us to provide reliable and cost-effective delivery across the country.

In the event of a Canada Post service disruption (e.g., strike, lockout, or suspension of services), we may ship your order using an alternate carrier. The choice of carrier will be at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information (where available).

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Local (same province): 2–5 business days

  • National (other provinces/territories): 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are $12 flat rate unless otherwise noted.

Delays & Disruptions

While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions (including Canada Post strikes)

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal volumes (e.g., holidays)

We will do our best to keep you informed if there are any significant shipping delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
