- $9.99 flat rate shipping within Canada for orders under $150.

Free shipping in Canada on all regular-priced orders over $150 (before tax).
- $9.99 flat rate shipping within the continental U.S. on all orders.
- Items shipping to the U.S. may be subject to additional customs / duties which are the responsibility of the customer.
We currently ship only within Canada and the U.S..
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Returns
We hope you love every piece you choose, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Regular-Priced Items:
Returns are accepted within 21 days from the delivery date.
To begin a return, email us at info@swevenstore.com with your order number and item details.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling costs.
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment once the return is received and inspected.
Sale Items:
As a small business, many of our sale items are limited in quantity.
For that reason, sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, within 14 days of delivery.
