This is a small, independent brand run by a two-person team: Molly handles the design, product development and creative direction and her partner Matt runs the numbers side. Together, they manage every detail—from the first sketch to the final shipment—out of their shop and office in British Columbia.

At its core, Decade is about building clothes that make you feel like yourself. Every pattern is developed in-house and tested on real bodies (not just fit models). We work in small batches using natural fibers—like Italian cotton twill and 100% cotton denim—and nothing is over-designed or overproduced. If it’s in the collection, it’s because it earned its spot.
